The house has 2 bedrooms - one with a large 140 bed and the other with a large 140 bed and two bunk beds (90). The bedding is new. Cot available. A living room with a lounge / living room and an open kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Independent WC. Back kitchen with a second shower and a second WC also independent.

Equipment: Oven (combined microwave), dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, dryer (both in the back kitchen), garden furniture.
Other equipment: Toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, television, DVD player, hair dryer, electric griddle.

Bed linen is provided as well as towels.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Rates November to March: 700 Euros per week - Possibility of a minimum stay of 4 nights

Rates April, May, June, September and October 910 Euros per week - Possibility of a minimum stay of 4 nights.

July and August rates: 1050 Euros per week - Minimum 1 week.

End of stay cleaning fee: 50 Euros
