We rent our family home located at the entrance to Saint Sauveur. 10 mins from Port Joinville, 15 mins from the beaches of Les Soux, La Croix, the sailing school

On a beautiful south-facing plot, the main house has:
- A beautiful living/dining room with an adjoining kitchen
- A double bedroom and a small bedroom with two single beds located on a mezzanine above the living room and separated by a hatch
- A double bedroom, a single bedroom with sink and two dormitories with 3 and 4 single beds. The 2 bedrooms each have an independent entrance from the garden and access to one of the dormitories.
- A bathroom, a toilet and a shower accessible from the garden and located at the entrance of the double bedroom
It is an ideal house for 2 families with the possibility of using the single room for a babysitter or a grandparent for example. Travel cot and high chair available

Sheets and towels not provided. Supplement of 25 per person for the supply of household linen through the services of a laundry.
The house is fully equipped. Bikes are not provided.
Non-smoking house, pets are not accepted.

Rental per week + Mandatory cleaning fee 120:
- 1800 in June and September
- 2000 the first two weeks of July
Rental from Sunday to Sunday possible

Deposit/Deposit:
- 30% deposit payable at time of booking
- Balance payable 15 days before entering the premises
- A deposit check on the day of arrival

A 2nd house, also fully equipped, can be rented in the same garden IN ADDITION TO THE MAIN HOUSE.
It has:
- Two double bedrooms (or a double bedroom and 2 single beds)
- A main room with open kitchen
- Bathroom + WC

Rental per week for the 2 houses + mandatory cleaning fee 200
- 2500 for June and September
- 2800 the first 2 weeks of July
